be processed & shipped the next
business day, once billing and credit
information have been authorized

Orders in the United States $100
& over will receive Free Shipping.
International Orders $199 &
over will receive Free Shipping.
*On Free Shipping orders LifeBalm
will use the least expensive of
the USPS with confirmation or UPS

Tracking
Orders:
If your order
was shipped by UPS you will be sent
an order confirmation e-mail once
your order has been received, processed
& shipped. This e-mail will
include the UPS tracking number.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We gladly accept returns for
refund or exchange within 14 days
of delivery.
