Feb 03, 2005 Dr. Christophers Original FormulasIn the late 1940’s, Dr. Christopher began treating his patients by first cleansing the lower bowel with a lot of distilled water, pure juices and then by nourishing the bowel with his famous Lower bowel formula. The results were phenomenal! His patients had claimed that this simple approach had cured the problems they had been complaining about plus cleared up other problems like an earache. One may ask “How does cleaning the bowel have such a dramatic affect on the inner ear? Simply put. Dr John R. Christopher believed that all forms of disease are created by some form of constipation, where in parts of the body becomes blocked. The body was designed to be like a free flowing river, unfortunately our bodies becomes dammed up because of the mucus forming foods we eat. Dr. John Christopher believed that juice cleansing was also very beneficial especially when followed up with his Mucusless diet. He would prescribe a nourishing diet of fresh fruits and vegetables with no mucus forming foods such as dairy products. He also taught that there were no incurable diseases, only incurable people! Dr Christopher developed s 66 Original Herbal Formulas to aid his patients in their healing, which are still used extensively today. Dr. Christopher developed famous BF&C which is stands for Bone Flesh & Cartilage is known worldwide for helping people with everything from acne to broken bones.
