Baths, especially those based
on medicinal herbs, are
known to have a positive
effect on blood circulation.
When you take baths, the
pores enhance creating the
conditions for deep
penetration of herbal
ingredients into the skin and
blood.
Whole herb baths may be
recommended once a week,
two hours after dinner, and an
hour and a half before going
to bed. The water
temperature should be 36-37
degrees C° and you should
take bath for around 20-30
minutes. The head and heart
area should be placed above
the water. Make sure that
your body is well washed
before taking the bath, since
this allows the removal of the
acid-lipid film from the skin
surface and facilitates the
penetration of active whole
herb ingredients into the
body. Wash yourselves with
clean water after taking the
bath. |
